Firstly if you wish to withdraw funds from one of your MT5 accounts you have to transfer these from the MT5 account into your e-wallet. From there you can request to withdraw and send the funds into an e-wallet of your choice. If the funds are just in your e-wallet then as mentioned before, you just request to withdraw the funds to an e-wallet of your choice. This request comes through to our back-office department for it to be approved and sent to you.
Withdrawals are processed manually 24/7. The reason for processing withdrawals manually is to make sure that all conditions in regards to available balance, closed vs open positions, margin used or protection from spikes in pricing are all normal.
It can take between a few minutes and up to 48 hours for a withdrawal to show in the e-wallet you have sent the funds to.

In order to avoid hacking and issues such as unauthorized payments, we change the wallet address that you receive money at regular intervals. For security reasons, we cannot answer about the specific timing or details of the change.

There may be situations where you cannot trade temporarily for maintenance, such as server upgrades, but we will let you know in advance, so rest assured.
